Every organization has a story. Ours began in 2004 with a simple belief: people deserve a mortgage professional they can trust—not just for one transaction, but throughout every stage of homeownership.

Over the years, Mortgage Resources of South Florida has become known for honest advice, exceptional service, and mortgage solutions tailored to each client's unique goals. In 2024, we entered an exciting new chapter when longtime loan officers Lisa Forgony and Jody Dupuis became Broker/Owners. Together, they relocated our main office to Jupiter, Florida, and have continued building on the strong reputation we've earned while expanding our team and serving even more communities across the state.

Every family we meet has a different story. Some are purchasing their very first home. Others are refinancing to prepare for the future or investing to grow their portfolio. As an independent mortgage brokerage, our role is to help each client find financing that truly fits their needs. By working with a broad network of wholesale lenders, we're able to provide competitive mortgage options while delivering the personal guidance that every client deserves.
